Pizza party: learn the art of pizza-making, but make it celebratory!

What could be better than a fresh-from-the-oven pizza? How about a pizza prepared by your group in a fun, convivial atmosphere under our guidance? Evenings at Casa Bada easily turn into parties as we learn how to make pizza using authentic local ingredients, stringy, mouthwatering mozzarella, and a real wood-fired oven, built by Salvatore and set up for handy use in the garden of the main house. Around the fire, you’ll take turns trying your hand at pizzamaking, then enjoy the fruits of your labor at the table, washing it down with a fine glass (or two) of local wine!
