[November – December] The olive harvest is a festive and beloved ritual for the whole Casa Bada family, which includes not only the Badalamenti crew but our friends and farm guests. Our olive trees, which keep the property looking postcard-perfect year-round, bear their fruits in November, from which we extract a savory Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. Join us in the glorious handiwork of the harvest, from picking the olives to transporting them to the oil mill, watching the pressing phase, and then returning home with our “green gold”, ready to be drizzled atop a mouthwatering bruschetta!
